How to Apply Online at VUT for 2026

The Vaal University of Technology is presently accepting applications for the 2026 academic year. Between May 6 and September 30, 2025, potential students should apply online at the university’s website. You need to possess the following documents:

Academic credentials:
- Copy of Senior Certificate or National Senior Certificate
Tertiary academic transcript(s) (if applicable):
- Original copies required; copies from the internet not accepted
RSA students:
- Copy of ID document (South African students)
- Copy of ID/passport (international students)
Marriage certificate or divorce decree (if applicable):
- Copy required
Sworn translations:
- Required if documents are not in English or Afrikaans
