Nkangala TVET College Application Documents

The supporting documents are one of the prerequisites for the application procedure. Candidates must be prepared with the necessary documents to submit or upload. When posting these documents online, they must be certified and scanned. At the time of application, the certification cannot be older than three months. The list below is the supporting documents:

How to apply for admissions at Nkangala TVET College 2025

One’s likelihood of being admitted to college increases if one knows how to apply. There are two main portions to the application, and each one is equally crucial. An applicant must first undergo the screening test to select a course before applying to the college. An applicant cannot proceed without the placement test. The applicant however has the option to choose a course of their choice during the application.

Placement/Screening test:

Before applying to the institution, a candidate must first take the screening test to choose a course. Without passing the placement test, the applicant cannot move forward. Follow the instructions below to undertake the placement test:

  • Log onto the placement testing portal @ https://learnerprofiler.co.za/?c=gautnc19stl
  • As first-time applicants, create an account by choosing the right option
  • On the page that opens up, enter the institutional details by choosing the campus, group, and subgroup to proceed from the respective drop boxes
  • Enter your personal details
  • Provide a strong password
  • To use the service you must click the “Yes, I Agree” box in order to proceed with the assessments.
  • Answer every question on the assessment page. You cannot proceed if you skip a question.
  • The questions are simple and easy with Yes or No answers expected from applicants
  • After answering the 90 given questions, click on the Finished tab to submit your report.

  • Applicants must complete a four-step application process in which they must provide some personal information.
  • Please keep in mind that applicants must provide an email address that will be used to communicate with them.
  • It is critical to indicate whether or not you are applying for a bursary in your application, as this information will be used by the Bursary Office to contact applicants at a later stage of the application process.
  • Finally, Upload the required documents as listed above.

Nkangala TVET College Admission Status of an Applicant

  • The College Selection Committee will at predetermined dates evaluate all applications received up to that point; based on the College admission policy and the applicant’s academic results.
  • Successful applicants will receive notification by means of an email and/or SMS as to when and where to register.
