When and How Will I Receive My Application Result?
- Online applicants: You will receive your final or deferred status within 48 hours of submitting your application.
- Hardcopy applicants: You will receive your status within 5 working days after the closing date.
You can, however, visit the official UJ website and check their application status through the Application Status portal after 48 hours.

What Should I Do If I Have Not Received a Response?
Due to the large volume of applications received, the selection process may take several days, so please be patient if you have not received a response within the expected time frame. However, you are permitted to do the following:

- Go to the UJ Application Status page at www.uj.ac.za and enter your login credentials to see the current status of your application
