How Do I Check My UFS Application Status 2024/2025
There are a number of steps an applicant must take in order to track, monitor, or check their UFS application on the UFS system. The administration of the University of the Free State has enabled the status portal for all applicants who applied for admissions in 2024/2025. This portal allows applicants to track and monitor the status of their online application for the academic year 2024/2025.
How Can I Keep Track of My UFS Application for 2024/2025?
To check the status of your UFS application on the UFS system, do the following:
- Open any internet browser and type www.ufs.ac.za in the URL
- On the active page of the UFS website: Click on the ‘Students’ tab to navigate to KovsieLife.
- Click the ‘Student Self Service tab on the active KovsieLife webpage. After clicking on ‘Student Self Service, you will be navigated to the Oracle PeopleSoft system.
- Once you have navigated to the Oracle PeopleSoft system, Type in
- Your student number in the User ID text box;
- Your password in the Password text box; and
- Click ‘Sign In’ once you have typed in the above details
- Once you have successfully logged in on Oracle PeopleSoft, the system will navigate you to ‘Student Services Centre.
- On the active Student Services Center page, click ‘View Application’ to track your application(s) status.
How do I find out if I’ve been accepted to study at UFS?
To check the status of their application, applicants must log in to the UFS student self-service portal. If they are accepted to study at UFS, an offer will be added to their online profile.
How do I accept UFS’s offer?
On the university’s main registration landing page, applicants accept study offers.
- Accept an offer by visiting http://www.ufs.ac.za/studyoffer.
- Enter your student ID and the password associated with it.
