The CPUT online application portal is still open and accessible at www.cput.ac.za for all late applicants to Cape Peninsula University. You only need to log in to the application page to begin filling out the 2024–2025 application forms. CPUT Late Applications 2024-2025 Opening Date
The Cape Peninsula University, CPUT will accept late applications for the academic year 2024-2025 from February 1 until February 28, 2024. All prospective applicants must submit an application form—either online or on paper—along with an R150 application fee paid into the University’s official bank account. Not all of CPUT’s courses will be open to late applications, thus it is wise to check the website to see the list of programs remaining open for 2024-2025 as of February 2024.
CPUT 2024 Late Application Dates
You should be aware that beyond the normal application deadlines, CPUT will only accept late applications from February 1 until February 28, 2024, pending course and program availability. This means that if the university has not yet reopened for late admissions for the 2024 intake, you cannot access the CPUT application. Although we are unable to confirm it, the CPUT will accept late applications from February 1 to February 28, 2024.
Despite the late application deadline, applications are still being accepted for full research master’s and doctoral programs. Even after the deadline for submission of all CPUT applications for 2024–2025, certain courses will remain open until they are fully applied for.

To complete the CPUT late application forms online, follow the outlined steps below
- Log onto the CPUT application website: https://www.cput.ac.za
- At the top menu of the page, click on “How to Apply”
- Choose your Course after examining the specific course requirements. This stage is very key to gaining admission into this University. Consult people if you don’t know what to choose.
- Get an online application form
- Fill in the online application form with the information Required. Asterisks (*) are indicated on the REQUIRED/COMPULSORY Field. Forfeiting any of those will render your application void.
- Pay the Non-Refundable application fee of R150. The banking details of the university are provided in this post. See below;
