How to Apply online at West Coast TVET College
Prospective applicants must comply with the following steps in applying:
Step 1: Login Information
- The prospective applicants must visit the official at www.westcoastcollege.co.za
- Locate “Apply Now” and Click on it.
Step 2: Choose your Course
- Applicants are to choose the course of their choice, the campus they would like to study at, or where the programme is offered.
Step 3: Download the Application Form
- Visit a nearby campus or submit an application online. Please call the college’s Student Support Office at (022) 482 1143 if you have any questions, and fill out the Special Needs Application Form, which you can get on the official website.
Step 4: Fill out The Application Form
- Complete the Applications online. The following documents must be uploaded during the application
Step 5: Step 4: Competency Assessment Testing (Not Mandatory)
- All new students need to undergo a Competency Assessment Test (CAP) to determine applicants’ numeracy and literary levels
The Supporting Documents are:
- Certified copy of your Identity Document
- Certified copy of the identity document of each household member including parents or legal guardian.
- Certified copy of your latest academic transcript or exam results
- Certified or official copy of recent payslip, letter of employment, not older than three months, for each parent, or the person who supports you, or your guardian or yourself if you are employed
- Provide a certified copy of the divorce decree.
- Certified copy of a SASSA letter if any of your family members are receiving a social grant and are also contributing to your household income
- If either of your parents is deceased, please provide a certified copy of the death certificate.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Two copies of each document must be provided.
- All copies must be certified initially.
- Faxed copies will NOT be accepted.
