Required Documents for West Coast TVET College’s 2026 Online Application

To complete your online application at West Coast TVET College, you must upload the following documents:

Certified copy of your Identity Document
Certified copy of the identity document of each household member, including parents or legal guardian.
Certified copy of your latest academic transcript or exam results
Certified or official copy of recent payslip, letter of employment, not older than three months, for each parent, or the person who supports you, or your guardian or yourself if you are employed
Provide a certified copy of the divorce decree.
Certified copy of an SASSA letter if any of your family members are receiving a social grant and are also contributing to your household income
If either of your parents is deceased, please provide a certified copy of the death certificate.

PLEASE NOTE:

Two copies of each document must be provided.
All copies must be certified initially.
Faxed copies will NOT be accepted
Make sure your documents are clear and submitted in the required format, as incomplete applications will not be considered.

West Coast College minimum programme entry requirements

Before being considered for admission at West Coast, all applicants are expected to fulfil the following requirements.

NC(V) programmes – a Grade 9 pass
Engineering N1-N3 programmes – a Grade 11 pass with 50% Maths or Grade 12 with Maths / Maths lit 50%
National N Diploma N4-N6 Programmes – a Grade 12 pass
