Documents Needed to Study at UFS

  • ID or passport (student and parent/guardian if under 18)
  • Grade 11 final results (stamped by school)
  • Grade 12 mid-year results or certificate if matriculated
  • Academic record from any previous tertiary study
  • Transfer students: include certificate of conduct and official study record from previous institution
