Documents Needed to Study at UFS
- ID or passport (student and parent/guardian if under 18)
- Grade 11 final results (stamped by school)
- Grade 12 mid-year results or certificate if matriculated
- Academic record from any previous tertiary study
- Transfer students: include certificate of conduct and official study record from previous institution
