To apply for a late application, follow the steps below

Step 1: Login Details

Go to the Univen application website: https://www.univen.ac.za
At the top menu of the page, click on “How to Apply.”

Step 2: Create a PIN

The applicant will be required to create a pin consisting of 5 digits. This pin will be used as a login pin on the student portal when admitted to study with the University

Step 3: Upload the Required Documents

Gather your documents or upload further/outstanding documents. These documents must be in the format required by the university.

Step 4: Pay Your Application Fee

Pay the Non-Refundable application fee of R100
During the online application process, you may save and return at a later stage to resume the application process.

Step 5: Submit Your Completed Application

Submit your completed online application form and documents.
Review to ensure the right thing is done before clicking on the ‘submit button after completing your online forms
You will then get a student number.
