Application Tips for Applicants re-applying for 2027

Download the latest prospectus and check your chosen programme’s faculty and minimum entry requirements before reapplying to UCT.

Complete the appeal form using Adobe Reader 10 or later (Mac users must use Adobe Reader, not Preview, to avoid blank submissions). Blank forms will not be processed.

The minimum APS for UCT is 27, though many programmes require higher scores. An APS of 24–26 may qualify you for a selection test, but admission is competitive, so aim above the minimum.
