The application to study at TUT for 2025 academic intake is open and available on Saturday, March 1, 2025. All application documents, including the academic certificate, identification document, and proof of the non-refundable application fee of R240, must reach TUT by Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 11:59. Late applications are not guaranteed so endeavor to apply as soon as possible to secure your first choice of program

How to Download the TUT Application Form:
Here are the steps on how to download the TUT application form:
- Visit the official TUT website: www.tut.ac.za
- Locate the “Applications” section
- Find the “Download Application Form” button and click on it.
- Select the appropriate application form
- Save the form to your device
How to submit it:
- Upon completion of your handwritten application form, kindly submit it alongside all supporting documents and a proof of application fee payment to Tshwane University of Technology, Private Bag X680, Pretoria 0001.

Admission Requirements at TUT for 2026
If you’re applying to study at TUT, then you need to meet the following minimum entry requirements:
General Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (NSC): You must have an NSC with a minimum achievement level of 4 in five subjects relevant to your chosen program. You should be aware that each course has prerequisites that must be satisfied.
- A pass mark in English at Senior Certificate level
- Certain programs require students to take an admission test, which will decide whether they are accepted into the program or if they should take a foundational course instead.

- Go to the TUT status website: https://ienabler.tut.ac.za/pls/prodi41/w99pkg.mi_login
- Enter your student number in the space provided.
- Then, enter your PIN or password (5 numeric digits).
- To track the progress of your application, click Login to access the status portal.
- If you have forgotten your password or pin, click on “Forgot Pin” to reset your pin.
