  • Bachelor’s degrees: At least four subjects with a performance level of 4.

When and How to Apply for Residence Accommodation at TUT

Prospective students must indicate their desire for on-campus accommodation by selecting “Yes” or “No” to the question, “Do you want on-campus accommodation?” during the application process. Admission to residence is dependent on successful academic acceptance and the availability of space. Applicants who are successful will be notified from November 2025.
