Documents Required For TUT Applications

You are required to submit the following documents, along with any additional materials that may be requested by the TUT online application system:

• A fully completed application form
• Recently certified copies of your documents (certification must not be older than one year)
• Copies of your original identity document
• National Senior Certificate and/or your highest academic qualifications
• Proof of payment for the administration fee

Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) Application Process

To apply and submit your 2026 application to Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), follow these steps.

• Visit www.tut.ac.za and select the STUDY@TUT option
• Click on “Apply Now.”
• Enter your student number.
• Enter your identity number/passport number
• Accept the consent form.
• Complete all the required fields.
• Enter your academic qualifications (previous school results)
• Select at least two (2) study courses.
• Upload the necessary documents in the specified format.
• Review your application and click submit.
• Check your email for the application reference number.
• Pay the application fee online or offline.
• Upload the receipt of the application fee (offline payment)
• Log out thereafter
