Stellenbosch University Online Application Fee For 2026

Stellenbosch University has made the online application form available for the academic year 2026, but applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee before it can be completed. This applies to both undergraduate and postgraduate studies. The application period lasts from April 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025.

Applicants must produce proof of payment for the application fee; otherwise, their application will be declined. It is vital to note that the online application fee is required for each academic year, and failing to pay the price in advance will result in admission denial

Stellenbosch University Application Deadline and Payment Requirement

Stellenbosch University requires applicants to submit a fully completed online application form along with all supporting documents, including proof of payment for the application fee, by July 31, 2025. The application will not be processed without payment. Applicants must ensure that the application fee is paid, the receipt is attached to the supporting documents, and everything is submitted online before the deadline.

A non-refundable R100 application fee is required when applying for admission to Stellenbosch University. If you are not accepted for the 2026 academic year, the application fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

This amount does not apply to the following groups of students:

International students
Students applying to the Stellenbosch University Business School (USB).
