Stellenbosch University Online Application Fee For 2024-2025

The online application form for Stellenbosch University and the application fee for the academic year 2024-2025 are now available. One thing applicants should keep in mind is that the online application form for Stellenbosch University is not free. It has a price, the first and initial payment made before an application form is processed for each academic year.

Prospective applicants for undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Stellenbosch University must pay the online application fee before being considered for admission. Stellenbosch University’s online application form for the 2024 calendar is open from 3 April 2023 to 31 July 2024. Applicants who submit an application form but do not provide proof of application fee payment will be denied admission. This requirement must be met if your application form is to be processed.

When to Pay the Application Fee at Stellenbosch University for 2024-2025

Stellenbosch University anticipates receiving the fully completed online application form, as well as all supporting documents, including proof of payment of the application fee, by July 31, 2023. This means you can’t send or submit the application form without first making a payment. We hereby request that you pay the application fee, attach the receipt to the other supporting documents, and submit them online before the deadline of July 31, 2024.

Please keep in mind that the Stellenbosch online application portal is still open for 2024-2025.

An R100 application fee is required when applying for admission to Stellenbosch University as a student. If you are not accepted to study for the academic year 2024-2025, your application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This amount does not apply to the following groups of students:

International students
Students applying to the Stellenbosch University Business School (USB).

How to Pay Stellenbosch University Application Fee Online in 2024

Follow the steps below to pay your application fee for stellenbosch University online:

During the online application process on the application portal, select online payment.
Pay the application fee online using your credit card or Visa card by following the onscreen instructions.
As soon as you complete your online payment and upload documents, you will then be able to submit your application form for 2024

Visit any bank of your choice and select Stellenbosch University student fees from the approved beneficiary list and use your unique application number as reference to add Stellenbosch as a beneficiary.

Once you make an offline payment of the application fee, you can log in back to the application portal using your login details to upload your receipt.
