The Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University, formerly known as Medunsa University, has published its application fee policy for the 2026 academic year. This application or handling fee applies to any individual applying for undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications at the university. Payment is required before the closing date for your application to be considered. Who Pays the Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University Application Fee?

Any individual applying to study at the Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University for the 2026 academic year must pay the application fee as follows:

• RSA/SADC Applicants ——————R300.00

• Countries outside Africa —————–R300.00

Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University Payment Deadline

The Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University will accept applications and application fees for the 2026 academic year between April 1, 2025, and July 31, 2025. The application deadline is normally on the same day as the application fee payment deadline. After the application is closed, you will be unable to pay for it.

• There is no refund for application fees.
