How can I apply online to Sefako Makgatho University for the 2025-2026 academic intake?
To apply online, you’ll need to do the following:

- Pay the R300 application cost, which is non-refundable; and

Applications for study permits should be submitted to the South African Home Affairs, Consulate, or High Commissioner in your country of residence or origin and should be in favour of Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU). The study permit should be submitted during registration.
