Kenyatta University Application Deadline For 2025-2026

The online application period for Kenyatta University’s 2025–2026 academic year opens on January 1, 2025, and closes on August 29, 2025, at 12 midnight. Prospective students have ample time to gather their supporting documents and submit applications before the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted by the university.

Kenyatta University 2025-2026 Application Fees and Requirements

International applicants to Kenyatta University must pay an application fee of USD 50, while East African applicants must pay KShs 2,000. This non-refundable fee applies to all degree, certificate, and diploma programs. The application fee is not subject to any waivers, and proof of payment must be attached for the application form to be considered. Only applications with the required payment will be reviewed.

Kenyatta University Entry and Minimum Admission Requirements

A minimum of Grade C+ at the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE) or equivalent. In addition, applicants must meet specific degree requirements for each school. The entry requirement set should be regarded as the minimum, which in no way entitles an applicant to a place at the university.
