JKUAT Online Application Open For 2024/2025, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology Online Applications 2024-2025

The public Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in Kenya, which grants degrees ranging from master’s to bachelor’s to diplomas and certificates, has formally invited both prospective citizens and non-citizens to apply for admission to the September intake of the 2024–2025 academic year. Applications for JKUAT’s 2024–2025 academic year are now being accepted. The application period runs from January 1, 2024 (01/01/2024) to October 31, 2024 (10/31/2024). Jomo Kenyatta University Application Deadlines 2024-2025

The online application will close on October 31, 2024, so prospective students will have plenty of time to gather their supporting documents and submit their applications within the application period. For the academic year 2024–2025, the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) application window opens on January 1, 2024, and closes on October 31, 2024. Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology will not accept applications that are submitted after the deadline.

Documents Needed to Apply to Jomo Kenyatta University

The following documents must be prepared in order to submit a successful application to Jomo Kenyatta University for the 2024–2025 academic year. You have to submit these documents online as part of the application process.

  • National ID Card/ID Application Waiting Card/Birth Certificate

Jomo Kenyatta University 2024–2025 application fees Requirements

Prospective students must pay a KSh 1,000.00 non-refundable application fee to Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology for diploma courses, KSh 500.00 for certificate courses, and KSh 1,500.00 for degree programs. No applicants are eligible for a fee waiver. As a result, proof of payment must be attached to Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology application forms before they can be submitted for review. Only those who have paid the application fees will be taken into account.

How to Pay the Jomo Kenyatta University Online Application Fee

You must pay a non-refundable application fee through MPESA to complete your undergraduate course application. To pay online,

  • Access the M-PESA menu on your phone, then select “Lipa Na M-PESA,” then the Pay Bill option, and enter this Pay Bill Number (951200).
  • Enter the required amount after entering your account number generated by the system in step 5 (payment details after login).
  • Finally, to complete your application, enter the exact MPESA-generated code back into the system.

Jomo Kenyatta University Entry and Minimum Admission Requirements

The entry requirements outlined below are merely minimums and do not guarantee admission to the Jomo Kenyatta University. Prospective students must:

  • Certificate Courses: – KCSE mean grade C- (Minus) and D+ (plus) depending on the discipline area.
  • Diploma Courses: – KCSE mean grade C (Plain) and C- (minus), depending on the discipline area.
  • Degree Courses: – KCSE mean grade C+ (Plus) and above

Please note: In addition, applicants must meet specific schools, institutes, and departmental requirements. The university’s equivalent qualifications will be considered for international students.
