The University of Venda (UNIVEN) is now accepting applications for undergraduate and postgraduate studies for the 2025–2026 academic year. Whether you’re a South African or international student, the University of Venda (UNIVEN) welcomes you to apply for your dream career path.

The application window is open from Wednesday, May 2nd, 2024, to Monday, September 30th, 2024. Get your documents ready and head over to www.univen.ac.za, the University of Venda’s online application portal. You can either fill out the form directly online or download it and submit it manually.

Separate Applications for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs in 2025-2026

Attention students! If you’re aiming for both undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Venda in 2025-2026, prepare for double the application action. You’ll need to submit separate applications and required documents for each program, but don’t worry; you only pay once (a non-refundable fee of R100). To apply online, make sure you have your South African ID or passport (international), phone number, email, and a credit or debit card with CVV ready. Go forth and conquer your academic goals!

The University of Venda Online Application Dates for 2025-2026

The application form is now open to all applicants, including undergraduates, postgraduates, South Africans, and internationals. All undergraduate programs at UNIVEN University will close on Monday, September 30, 2024, and applications for the 2025–2026 academic year will open on May 2, 2024.

Please Note

If you have not submitted all of the required application documentation listed in this post, your application will be rejected. Please keep in mind that if you do not submit the required documentation within two months, your application will be rejected.

The university receives more applications than it can handle, and meeting admissions requirements does not guarantee acceptance. If you are rejected at the University of Venda (UNIVEN), you can reapply for the 2025–2026 academic year after considering the requirements of your preferred programme.

The University of Venda (UNIVEN) Application Fee for 2025-2026

All applications submitted to the University of Venda (UNIVEN) for the academic year 2024–2025 must be accompanied by an application fee of R100 (non-refundable). Your application won’t be reviewed if the required application fee is not received.

When paying from within South Africa, please reference your identity number or student number. International applicants should substitute their student ID number or passport number for their last name as a reference.

How to Apply for UNIVEN Online Application 2025-2026

To apply online at the University of Venda (UNIVEN) for 2025-2026, follow the procedure below:

Apply online on www.univen.ac.za website
During the online application process, you may save and return it at a later stage to complete the application.
The applicant will be required to create a 5-digit pin.
Scan and upload copies of the supporting documents
Complete your application by pressing the `submit `button.
You will then get a student number
After successful submission and completion of your online application, you can log into the My Access page to access or view your application details
