When can I apply for NSFAS 2024/2025
When can I apply for NSFAS 2024/2025:
Thank goodness for students who require financial assistance to begin or complete their undergraduate studies at tertiary (universities and technical colleges). All applicants, excluding postgraduate students, who have completed their higher education and intend to continue their studies are invited to apply for financial aid through the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) for the 2024/2025 academic year. Candidates who meet the requirements and are eligible for the program are accepted for bursaries.
Nsfas Application Dates for the 2024/2025 academic calendar
New applications for the Scheme will be accepted from September 2023 to January 2024. Applicants interested in applying for the fund at the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) must gather all necessary documentation on the opening dates in order to submit their applications as soon as possible. This is significant because each year, students submit a large number of applications, the majority of which do not receive funding due to the timing of their submission. If you apply early, your chances of being accepted for a fund increase. The Nsfas opening date is September 28, 2023.
