How To Reapply At CUT For 2024-2025
How To Reapply At CUT For 2024-2025
The Central University of Technology is currently accepting applications from applicants who wish to reapply or readmit after being rejected previously. The Central University of Technology’s online application portal or form for readmission is now open and will be available beginning June 1, 2023. All undergraduate candidates seeking readmission to CUT can now visit the official website to complete the online application form for readmission to CUT. Before applying, double-check the application requirements of the course to which you intend to apply.
Students who have withdrawn from the University and wish to re-enrol should complete the Readmission Application form. A student must demonstrate readiness to return to a full academic program that will benefit him or her in order to be considered for readmission. Students who do not need to return to the University to complete their degree requirements should review the Readmission for Degree section.
When to Re-apply to the Central University of Technology for the 2024/2025 Intake
The Central University of Technology will begin accepting online applications from all prospective applicants for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees on Thursday, June 1, 2023; this does not preclude applicants seeking readmission from applying. The Central University of Technology will process all application forms received for the 2024-2025 intake via the application login within the specified timeline, including re-applications from students. All undergraduate courses will be discontinued on September 30, 2023, and all postgraduate courses on September 29, 2023. Reapplications for 2024 will not be accepted, so all returning students should apply as soon as possible.
Application Tips for Applicants re-applying for 2024-2025
Please download the current prospectus and study the requirements of your preferred course to ensure you meet both the faculty and the minimum entry requirements of that course before reapplying to the Central University of Technology.
The minimum average point (APS) to study at CUT is 27. Some programmes need more than the minimum. Between 24 and 26 you may be eligible for the selection test but if the programme is full of applicants who meet the minimum and above, you are not going to be given the opportunity. Try to have more than the minimum. It should not be your target number.
