4 Steps to Enrolling at UKZN for 2026
Aspiring UKZN students, take note! Here’s your roadmap to secure your place for the 2026 academic year:
- Explore Your Options: Cast a wide net with six study choices on your application.
- Finalize Your Admission: Ensure your final Grade 12 NSC or IEB results are submitted for final confirmation.
- Pay Up Promptly: Meet the deadline and settle the required first payment five working days before registration.
- Register Before Takeoff: Don’t miss the registration window! Secure your seat in class before the academic year begins.
It is important to note that all disciplines have a limited number of available spaces. The most qualified applicants are chosen first, and the process is repeated until all positions are filled. The selection of applicants will be based on availability of space and entry requirements. Despite its commitment to academic performance, UKZN is unable to accommodate all applicants who meet the basic requirements because applications exceed the number of slots available.
