Application for 2023 Readmission at UWC: Students who have withdrawn from the University and want to return as active students should fill out the Readmission Application. To be considered for readmission, a student must demonstrate that he or she is ready to return to a full academic program that will benefit him or her. Students who do not need to return to the University to finish their degree requirements should look through the Readmission for Degree section.
When is the UWC Readmission Application
- The Application Date for Readmission is 14 May 2022. The closing date for re-admission applications for 2023 is Friday, 30 September 2022.
Quick Notice for Applicants
- Students considering readmission should begin the process far ahead of the advertised deadline to provide enough time to complete the Application for Readmission, as well as any required financial aid or housing documents. Students cannot register for classes or submit a housing application until they have been properly readmitted.
- In order for your application to be considered COMPLETE, you must successfully complete the online application form as well as submit all required documentation.
- You will be emailed a confirmation letter once you have completed the online application (within 24-48 hours), with further instructions on the submission of required documentation.

STEP 2: COURSE SELECTION
- Read the instructions before you continue
- Choose a programme
- Check the entry Requirements
STEP 3: FILL OUT YOUR APPLICATION
- Fill in the information required information
- indicate the year of application
- select your qualification
STEP 4: UPLOAD THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Gather your documents or upload further/ outstanding documents. These Documents must be in the format required by the university.
STEP 5: SUBMIT YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATION
- Submit your completed online application form and documents after reviewing them. click on “submit” to submit your application for review by UWC.
UWC Re-Admission Requirements
- The Council, with the approval of the Senate of this university, may determine the minimum criteria for students to continue with their studies. Such criteria may differ from faculty to faculty and from academic department to academic department in accordance with the demands of specific programmes.
- Unless the Council, with the approval of the Senate, specifically decides otherwise, the approved faculty rules for particular degrees, diplomas or certificates with regard to renewal of registration, shall apply
