Moi University 2025-2026 Application Deadline

The online application for Moi University for the 2025-2026 academic year is open from January 1 to October 31, 2025. Prospective students must submit their applications and supporting documents by the deadline of October 31, 2025, at midnight (12:00 a.m. EAT). After this date, no further submissions will be accepted.

Documents Required for 2025-2026 Applications to Moi University

Application Fees for Moi University Admissions

Entry and Minimum Admission Requirements

Admission to courses leading to a diploma, certificate, or bachelor’s degree at Moi University is contingent upon space availability and the academic standing of the applicant. Applicants can select courses at Moi University according to the following certifications, credentials, and minimum entry requirements.

Certificate Entry Requirements

KCSE Mean Grade D+ or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution for all certificate courses

Diploma Entry Requirements

An aggregate KCSE grade of C – (Minus) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution

Degree Entry Requirements

An aggregate KCSE grade of C+ (PLUS) or a relevant diploma from a recognized institution
possess the Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education, which consists of two principal subjects (2 P) and one subsidiary. The two principal subjects can be any combination of mathematics, physics, geography/chemistry, or their equivalent from institutions approved by the Moi University Senate.

Complete all the required fields in each application step.
Complete the application process and send it in.
You will receive an email from the university with your application ID as soon as it is successfully submitted.
Depending on the program, pay the application fee that is indicated.
Use the application ID and password you created when creating your account to log in and monitor the status of your application.
