The University of the Western Cape (UWC) will accept online applications for the 2026 academic year beginning Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at midnight SAST. To have your applications considered and processed, you must meet both academic and non-academic requirements. This includes meeting the precise entry requirements for their preferred degree or course of study.

UWC Online Application Closing Dates For 2026

The required documentation must be submitted by September 30, 2025, which is the deadline for applications.
August 31, 2025, is the deadline for applying to the Bachelor of Dentistry and Oral Health program and the School of Government. July 31, 2025, is the deadline for applications to the BA Honours Sports Recreation and Exercise Science, BA Honours in Biokinetics, and BSC Honours Biokinetics programs.
