Ukzn Application Fee 2024/2025: The University of Kwazulu-Natal has published the cost of application that is payable by all prospective applicants during the online application process for the 2024/2025 academic year. The University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) Online Application for the 2023 academic session will be available on 1 April 2023 and close on 30 September 2023 and the application fee must be submitted with the application form before the closing date.

Do I have to Pay the Application Fee at Ukzn?

South African undergraduate applicants pay an R245 application fee (plus an R465 late fee) to the CAO.
Students returning to the University of KwaZulu-Natal pay an R200 application fee (plus an R400 late fee) to UKZN.
The application cost is non-refundable and is not included in UKZN’s tuition fees.

How Do I pay the Application Fee at Ukzn?

There are THREE (3) easy ways to pay your fee. Applicants can pay the application fee in any of the following ways in 2023:

Online Payment: using a debit or credit card via the Click-to-Pay links on www.ukzn.ac.za
Bank Deposit: at any Standard Bank branch.
EFT: Electronic Funds Transfers can be made at any bank but allow up to 2 days for clearance.
