Required Documents For Applications

South African applicants:

Certified copies of your ID: Ensure all pages are clear and visible.
Certified copy of your Grade 12 results: Showcasing your academic achievements.
Certified copy of your Grade 11 results (if currently in Grade 12): Providing a complete picture of your progress.

Application Methods:

The University of Johannesburg has two application forms. An applicant selects which of the two options is best for him or her. For the 2026 academic year, applicants can apply electronically or manually.

Online Application: This is where an applicant applies through the university’s admission portal by following the steps outlined in this article. This is the quickest way to apply for admission. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Manual Application: This process or method entails an applicant downloading the application form, filling it out with ink, and submitting it to the admissions office via email or hand delivery. This method is typically slow in reaching management for review.

University tuition for 2026

Fees are frequently increased by 5% to 10% per year. Please contact the university in November 2026 to obtain the final prices for the 2024 academic year.
