Take the first step towards your academic adventure at the University of Johannesburg! To ensure your application gets the full consideration it deserves, please submit the required supporting documents based on your citizenship status.
South African applicants:
- Certified copies of your ID: Ensure all pages are clear and visible.
- Certified copy of your Grade 12 results: Showcasing your academic achievements.
- Certified copy of your Grade 11 results (if currently in Grade 12): Providing a complete picture of your progress.
- Valid email address: Stay connected throughout the application process.
International Applicants:
- Certified copy of your home country’s identification document: Proof of your identity.
- Certified copy of your passport: Granting you access to South Africa.
- Valid South African Study Visa: Demonstrating your legal status to study.
- Medical Report: Ensuring your health and well-being for your UJ journey.
English Proficiency:
- Undergraduate Programs: Demonstrate your language skills through:
- IELTS: overall score of 6 or higher.
- TOEFL: average score of 80–104.
- Alternatively: Take the UJ English Language Programme Test (UJELP) offered by the university
