University of Cape Town UCT Application Period for 2025–2026:

Applications are open now and close on July 31, 2024, for undergraduate 2025–2026 applications. The earlier you apply, the better chance you have of securing your place at UCT. Prospective postgraduate applicants are encouraged to apply by September 30, 2024, including international students.

Who can apply to UCT?

International and South African students are welcome to apply for undergraduate, postgraduate, and research degrees at the University of Cape Town for the 2025-2026 academic year. Current learners at school must make sure that all examination results from Grade 11 until September of Grade 12 are submitted. Failure to submit these results may result in delays.
Transferring students should submit all transcripts and academic records as early as possible.

Does UCT offer late applications?
