TUT Online Application For Undergraduate 2026

Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) is right now receiving undergraduate degree applications for the academic year 2026 from all qualified students. The application system, which opens and runs from March 1 to September 30, 2025, is available to students both online and offline. To submit your application, go to www.tut.ac.za and complete the online form, or download a hard copy, complete it with a pen, and submit it with the required documents.

Application Timeline

Applications for the 2026 intake are currently open. Ensure that you apply by the deadline of September 30, 2025, as late applications will only be considered if space is available in the desired programs.

Required Documents for South African Applicants

  • Copy of your identity document
  • National Senior Certificate or latest academic results
  • Proof of payment for the application fee

  • Proof of medical insurance
  • Letter of recommendation
  • Passport and identification pages

  • Proof of payment for the application fee
  • Valid study visa and any necessary permits
  • South African Qualifications Authority Evaluation Certificate

Minimum Entry Requirements

To qualify for a degree, diploma, or certificate at TUT, applicants must have:

  • Passed at least four subjects at performance level 4 and four subjects at performance level 3
  • Paid the non-refundable application fee of R240 by the closing date

How to Apply Online

  • Visit the TUT website at tut.ac.za.
  • Click on “MENU,” then select “I WANT TO STUDY.”
  • Navigate to “APPLICATION FORM AND INFORMATION.”
  • Choose to download the form or apply online.
  • Complete all required fields and upload necessary documents.
  • Pay the application fee and upload proof of payment.
  • Submit your application.
