You can now confirm and check the status of your application for the University of South Africa 2026. This only applies to those who applied during the 2026 application season. After the deadline, you can track the status of your applications online using the ID number you received.

When to Check the Application Status

You must wait until the closing date after submitting your application. One month after the closing date, you will receive an update on the status of your application via email or SMS.

Your application status will usually show where your application is in the process—whether it is under review or awaiting a final decision. This is only possible if you visit the portal where you applied.

When to Apply for UNISA 2026 Admissions

The University of South Africa (UNISA) will accept applications for the 2026 academic year from August 11 to November 14, 2025. Please submit your application within the given period, since late applications will not be considered

Can I apply at Unisa for 2026 admissions?

Every year, the University of South Africa (Unisa) welcomes new students for undergraduate, postgraduate, and distant learning programs. Anyone who wants to further their education can apply for admission at Unisa.
