Stellenbosch University Online Application login Open For 2024-2025

Stellenbosch University has opened its online application portal for undergraduate and postgraduate courses for 2024-2025. The online application login is a system for collecting and processing data for admission purposes. Applicants for the academic year 2024-2025 should log in at www.sun.ac.za, Stellenbosch University’s official website.

Stellenbosch University’s online application login will be available beginning Monday, April 3, 2023. Using a mobile phone and a strong internet connection, you can gain access to the Stellenbosch University online application login or portal. Look for the application login or portal on the official website, www.sun.ac.za. You will need your ID number if you are a South African citizen and your passport number if you are a foreign student to enter the application login.

Stellenbosch University Online Application Login Open for 2024-2025

Stellenbosch University will begin accepting online applications from all prospective applicants for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees on Monday, 03 April 2023. Stellenbosch University will process all application forms received within the specified timeline for the 2024-2025 intake via the application login. All undergraduate courses will close on July 31, 2023, while postgraduate courses will close on September 30, 2023.

Dates for the Closing of Online Applications at Stellenbosch University in 2024-2025

The application deadline for all undergraduate programs and residences is July 31, 2023. The application deadline for Stellenbosch University financial aid is November 30, 2023.
All application materials for Diplomas in Public Accountability (School of Public Leadership) must be submitted by January 26, 2024.

Because the university does not encourage or accept late applications, you should apply as soon as possible in order to secure a place for the academic year 2024-2025. To take advantage of this opportunity, complete the online application form for 2024.

If you log in to the application portal, you can restart at the last section you completed if you were unable to finish it, but keep in mind the closing dates. To continue with the online application process, you will need your student number and a 5-digit PIN.

You are ready to submit your application once you have completed the online application and uploaded all of your supporting documents via the application portal!

Throughout the application process, the institution will communicate with you to confirm receipt of your application and to update your application and document status. You can also track your application using your student number and the same five-digit PIN on the Applicant Portal. If you have forgotten your PIN, click the forget PIN button to receive a new PIN via email.

SUN Required Documents for 2024

Stellenbosch University prefers PDF documents, but doc, docx, jpg, jpeg, and png files can also be uploaded during the online application process. The documents should be certified at your local police station, and the certification period should not exceed 90 days at the time of the application. Remember that the Stellenbosch University online application portal is open from April 3rd to July 31st, 2023.

The handling or application fee for online applications for South African and international applicants is R100 and R110 at Stellenbosch University for the 2024-2025 online application.

How to Access the Stellenbosch University Application Portal

To log in, click the username textbox and enter your student ID. Then, in the password textbox, enter your university password. When you log in, you will see a list of all the modules for which you have registered. Use your complete email address as well as your current password.

How to Apply Online at Stellenbosch University for 2024.2025

Prospective applicants are encouraged to follow these steps to apply online:

Step 1: Login Information

Go to the Stellenbosch University Application website: http://www.sun.ac.za/
At the top menu of the page, click on the “Students” tab

Step 2: Choose your Courses

Select your qualification (YOUR COURSES YOU WANT TO OFFER)
Explore your programme option. You may apply for up to three programmes from any faculty.
Make sure you meet the requirement for your selected programme.

Step 3: Fill out The Application Form

Click on the “Apply” tab. You must apply before the closing date
Complete your online application form. You will need an e-mail address and phone number so that SU can contact you
As soon as you create your profile, you can follow the system prompts to proceed with your online application immediately.

Step 4: Upload the Required Documents

Upload all the supporting documents
Please complete the application carefully and make sure you give SU accurate information.

Step 5: Submit Your Fully Completed Application form

When you have completed the application form and attached all your supporting documents, you are ready to submit your application!
You will receive an e-mail that confirms that we have received your application. All the e-mails we send you will also be available on the Applicant Portal.
