NWU offers two types of undergraduate courses:

Non-Selection: Apply anytime! These courses close only when student capacity is reached.
Selection: These courses have application deadlines, so don’t delay!

First-year applicants for 2025 can already check their application status based on their matriculation results. Remember, strong academic performance is key.

North-West University Late Applications

The North-West University (NWU) will consider late applications for the 2025–2026 academic year if there are still spaces available in your desired programs. However, NWU has a limited enrollment for each program, so it’s highly recommended to apply during the regular application cycle to ensure your application is processed on time. The 2025 academic intake begins in January 2025.

In other words, applying on time is the best way to guarantee your spot at NWU, but late applications will be accepted if there’s room in your program of choice. Don’t wait until the last minute to apply!
