Masinde Muliro University 2025-2026 Application Deadline

The online application for Masinde Muliro University for the 2025-2026 academic year is open from January 1 to October 31, 2025. Prospective students must submit their applications and supporting documents before the midnight deadline on October 31, 2025, as no late submissions will be accepted.

Documents Required for Applications

Application Fees

You must pay a non-refundable application fee of Kshs. 1,000 for degree programs and Kshs. 500 for diploma and certificate programs in order to apply to study at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.

The application must be paid to Equity Bank, Kakamega Branch, account number 0500294636103, or Kenya Commercial Bank, 11011922109. Add copies of the payment slip for the fee.

Entry and Minimum Admission Requirements

Admission to courses leading to a diploma, certificate, or bachelor’s degree at Maasai Mara University is contingent upon space availability and the academic standing of the applicant. Applicants can select courses at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology according to the following certifications, credentials, and minimum entry requirements.

Certificate Entry Requirements

KCSE Mean Grade D+ or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution for all certificate courses

Diploma Entry Requirements

An aggregate KCSE grade of C – (Minus) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution

Degree Entry Requirements

An aggregate KCSE grade of C+ (PLUS) or a relevant diploma from a recognized institution.
