Smart devices like laptops and computers
Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox Browsers
A certified copy of your ID
Certified copy of your parent or Next of Kin
Proof of residence (foreign students)
Certified copies of highest qualifications OR
Certified copies of the latest school results

Steps to Apply to Ikhala TVET College:

1. Choose Your Course:

Visit www.ikhala.edu.za and click “Courses.”
If on mobile, click “Courses,” “+” symbol, then “APPLY NOW.”

2. Career Assessment (Optional):

Click https://gostudy.net.ikhala to take the Compulsory Career Questionnaire.
Choose “The TVET College Questionnaire” and click “Take the questionnaire.”
Answer questions, marking ✓ if aligned with your interests,  if not.
Review your results and chosen program.

3. Send Your Assessment:

Click “Email to send my assessment results to me.”
Enter your details and click “Send Results to College.”

4. Select Your Course and Campus:

Click “SELECT A COURSE.”
Choose the academic year and desired campus.
Select the course and level (e.g., OFFICE ADMINISTRATION, NC(V)).
Click “APPLY FOR THIS COURSE.”

5. Create an Account (First-Time Applicants):

Click “I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT YET.”
Enter your ID number and personal password, and confirm it.
Continue and fill in your personal information.
Register your profile by selecting the highest qualification, grade, and year passed.
Select your school subjects and click “SAVE.”

6. Submit Application and Upload Documents (Optional):

Review and check that all seven subjects are selected.
Click “SUBMIT APPLICATION” then “CONFIRM.”
Choose “YES, LET’S DO IT NOW” to upload ID, results, and next-of-kin ID, or “NO, I WILL DO THIS LATER.”
If uploading, click “SELECT FILE,” browse for documents, and click “OK.”

7. Complete Remaining Application Sections:

Use the left-hand menu to complete all sections (e.g., Contact Details, Languages).
Ensure all sections have green ticks (✓) for a complete application.
