Stellenbosch University Online Application Closing Dates for 2024-2025

The deadline for all undergraduate programs and residence applications is July 31, 2023. The deadline for applications for Stellenbosch University financial assistance is November 30, 2023.
Applicants for Diplomas in Public Accountability (School of Public Leadership) must submit all application materials by January 26, 2024.

Stellenbosch University Online application fee for 2024-2025

The handling or application fee for online applications for South African and international applicants is R100 and R110, respectively. Proof of payment must be attached to the application form and submitted as soon as possible before the 2024 intake application deadline. Applicants should be aware that failure to pay the application fee for 2024 will result in your application form not being processed for selection.

Paying the application fee does not guarantee admission, and your money will not be refunded if you are not accepted for the 2024/2025 academic year. If you are rejected for 2024, you must complete a new application form and pay a new application fee.

Prospective applicants must apply for up to three programs from any faculty of their choice, assuming they meet the entry requirements for each. The applicant will be considered for all three programs, and if eligible, multiple offers will be made. An Applicant must accept one of the offers by the deadline specified in the offer letter. If two of the programs an applicant has chosen have extensive selection criteria, she can choose a third program that is not on that list to increase her chances of receiving an offer.
