Univen Online application fee and courses offered for 2024-2025

Prospective applicants must apply for up to 3 programs from any faculty of their choice, assuming they meet each entry requirement. You may apply for two different study options at the University of Venda Univen.

Univen Online Application Requirements for 2024-2025

There is a need to attach the following documents to the fully completed application form before the deadline for submission for the 2024-2025 academic year. You are reminded not to leave any documents out while uploading them online.

A copy of the I.D./Passport document
Matric certificate/Statement of Results/Grade 11/12 report
Transcript of academic record and certificate of conduct
Degree(s)/Diploma certificates
SAQA Evaluation Certificate (If you are an international applicant)

How to Apply For 2024/2025 Univen Admissions

To submit a fresh online application to the University of Venda, adhere to the steps listed below:

Step 1: Login Details

Go to the Univen application website: https://www.univen.ac.za
At the top menu of the page, click on “How to Apply”

Step 2: Create a PIN

The applicant will be required to create a pin consisting of 5 digits. This pin will be used as a login pin on the student portal when admitted to study with the University

Step 3: Upload the Required Documents

Gather your documents or upload further/ outstanding documents. These Documents must be in the format required by the university.

Step 4: Pay Your Application Fee

Pay the Non-Refundable application fee of R100
During the online application process, you may save and return at a later stage to resume the application process.

Step 5: Submit Your Completed Application

Submit your completed online application form and documents. Review to ensure the right thing is done before clicking on the ‘submit button after completing your online forms
You will then get a student number.

How to track Univen Application Status for 2024-2025

Applicants will be notified via email of the outcome, or they can check the status of their application by following the steps below, which will redirect them to the ‘Application Status page.
