UNIVEN 2026 Application Fee Payment Guide

The University of Venda has published its application fee policy for the 2026 academic year. This application or handling fee applies to any individual applying for undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications at the university. Payment is required before the closing date for your application to be considered. Who Pays the UNIVEN Fee?

Any individual applying to study at the University of Venda for the 2026 academic year must pay the application fee as follows:

Application Fee: R100 (non-refundable)
Payment Deadline: Must be paid before the application deadline

Exemptions:

No applicant is exempt from the application fee

Payment Deadline

Fortunately, all UNIVEN courses will share the same application deadline. The University of Venda will accept applications, including application fees, for the 2026 academic year, which begins on April 1 and ends on September 30, 2025. Usually, the application deadline and the application fee payment deadline fall on the same day.

You can pay the application fee using one of the following methods:

Online: Credit Cards such as Visa Card; Mastercard; American Express; Etc.

Bank Deposit: You may deposit the fee at any Amalgamated Banks of South Africa branch. Use the following banking details:

Important Notes:

Use your ID or passport number as a reference when making the payment.
You must submit a copy of the pay-in slip or receipt while retaining the original.
There is no refund for application fees.
