CPUT Online Application Now Open For 2026

Prospective applicants and students can access the CPUT online application form and portal for the 2026 academic year starting May 12, 2025. If you plan to apply to Cape Peninsula University of Technology, you can begin the application process on this date. Ensure you have all the necessary documents and information ready before submitting your application. CPUT Online Application Date for Undergraduate Courses: 2026

Applications for all undergraduate programs at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) will open on May 12, 2025. Incoming and returning students with strong Grade 12, WASSCE, or equivalent qualifications can apply for and enroll in undergraduate courses, including certificates, diplomas, bachelor’s degree requirements, online learning, and distance education, from May 12, 2025, until October 31, 2025.

CPUT Online Application Date for Postgraduate Courses

Prospective students interested in pursuing master’s or doctoral programs at CPUT for the 2026 academic year can access the application form from May 12, 2025, to March 15, 2026. Candidates with strong bachelor’s or master’s degrees will be eligible to apply for postgraduate programs starting May 12, 2025.

CPUT Online Applications for International Applicants

International applicants can begin applying for courses at CPUT on May 12, 2025. They must complete the online application form and upload all required documents. Additionally, international students must complete Form BI-1738 to apply for a student permit. If applying from their home country, they can start this process at the Department of Home Affairs or the South African High Commission from May 12, 2025.

CPUT Application Closing Dates Breakdown For 2026

Prospective applicants must submit all supporting documents, including the application form, before the closing date, which is March 15, 2026, for the 2026 academic year at CPUT, with varying deadlines for different courses and qualifications as shown below.

All applications must be submitted online (unless otherwise indicated on the CPUT website)

Applicants under 18 must first download and complete the minor declaration form before starting to apply.
To start with your applications, choose your qualification after reading about the requirement
Complete the online application form by answering all the required questions
Gather and upload all the required documents
Submit your application form for panel review
Follow up and get your application status by visiting cput.ac.za.study/track
